Pastor Allens Gilles accepted the call to pastor both the Bethlehem French SDA Church and the Sion French SDA Church in Chicago, IL., as well as the La Nouvelle Jerusalem SDA Church in Evanston, IL. Pastor Gilles, comes to us with a 13-year career in Church Ministry. He has been gifted with a host of skill sets that are sure to enrich his new congregations. He holds an MDiv and a Limited License Social Work through his MSW degree from Andrews University. Has served as a counselor at Families First of Michigan, a Pastor in the Mauritius Seventh-day Adventist Conference located in the Indian Ocean Union. He was ordained in November 2015 and served as Personal Ministry and Sabbath School Director from 2016 to 2017. He is married to the former Myriam Nelson and declares that the past 16 years has been the best years of his life. The Lake Region Conference welcomes Pastor and Mrs. Allens Gilles.

 

The Lake Region Conference welcomes back Dr. Afolarin Tunde Ojewole. Pastor “Tunde” as he is commonly known. He has accepted a call back to the Lake Region Conference to pastor both the Tabernacle of Hope SDA Church in Indianapolis, IN, and the  Philadelphia SDA Church in Muncie, IN.

 

 

 

Pastor Justo Morales accepted the call to pastor the Shalom II Hispanic SDA Church in Chicago, IL and the Salem Hispanic SDA Church in Rockford, IL.

 

 

 

Pastor Jimmy Atkins accepted the call to Pastor both the Evanston First SDA Church in Evanston, IL and the All Nation SDA Church in Downers Grove, IL.
